What ingredients are used in your body butters and scrubs?
Our body care products are handcrafted in small batches using nourishing butters, oils, and skin-loving ingredients chosen to moisturize, soften, and pamper your skin.
Are your products all-natural?
We prioritize natural, high-quality ingredients whenever possible and carefully select each ingredient with skin wellness in mind.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many customers with dry or sensitive skin enjoy our products, but we recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have allergies or highly reactive skin.
Do your products contain preservatives?
Our whipped body butters are primarily oil- and butter-based, which helps naturally extend shelf life. Some products may include ingredients that support freshness and stability.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Most body butters and scrubs are best used within 6–12 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
Product Use
How do I use whipped body butter?
Apply a small amount to clean hands and massage gently until absorbed.
Will body butter feel greasy?
Our body butters are rich and deeply moisturizing, but they are whipped for a softer texture and absorb beautifully into the skin.
How often should I use body scrub?
We recommend using body scrub 1–3 times per week to exfoliate and reveal smoother, softer skin.
Dry or Sensitive Skin: Limit scrubbing to once a week. Over-exfoliating can strip natural oils and lead to redness, tightness, or irritation.
Normal to Combination Skin: Aim for 1 to 2 times a week to keep your skin clear and soft without overdoing it.
Oily or Acne-Prone Skin: You can safely exfoliate 2 to 3 times a week to clear dead skin and prevent clogged pores

Is your jewelry handmade?
Yes! Each jewelry piece is handcrafted and wire-wrapped by me, making every design unique.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We primarily work with copper, wire, natural stones, and carefully selected artisan materials.
Will copper tarnish?
Yes—pure copper naturally develops a natural patina over time. Many customers love this organic aging process, but copper can easily be polished to restore its shine.
Will my jewelry look exactly like the photo?
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur. That uniqueness is part of what makes every piece special.
Shipping & Orders
How long does processing take?
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days, depending on order volume and whether the item is made to order.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We welcome custom requests for certain jewelry and body care products. Please contact us through our Inquiries page.
Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available, details will be discussed after purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Delivery
What if my package melts in hot weather?
Because our body butters are handcrafted and heat-sensitive, melting can occur during warm weather. If this happens, place the product in a cool area or refrigerate briefly to re-solidify. Product quality is not affected.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of personal care products, body care items cannot be returned once opened. Jewelry returns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
