Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and confirmed. Please note: Shipping timelines may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times after shipment depend on the shipping carrier and are outside of Wavelab Creations’ control. Wavelab Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order. Wavelab Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
